Develop scripts to automate trades using thinkscript

I am looking for a developer to create scripts using thinkscript that will automate trades for me. The goal of the system is to maintain consistent returns for my investments. My preferred trading strategy is technical analysis, and the script should focus on mid-term trades, ranging from days to weeks.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in thinkscript
- Strong understanding of technical analysis and trading strategies
- Experience in developing automated trading systems
- Familiarity with short & mid-term trading and market trends
- Familiarity with Tradingview charts & indicators
- Experience with converting Traningview Pinescripts to Thinorweim Thinkscript is a plus
