The demos should clearly show how Aixpert works and must look world-class, clean, and professional.
The demos should cover topics such as:
• Internal AI Assistant for companies
– remembers department information, answers questions, shares knowledge, and helps different teams communicate efficiently.
• Automatic submission of forms
– vacations, working hours, requests, and other forms sent automatically into the company system.
• Automatic invoice generation from Merit
– demo showing how invoices can be created and sent without manual work.
• Automated data flow between platforms
– showing how information moves between systems instantly and accurately.
• Reports, reminders, and planning tools
– automated dashboards that provide insights and send notifications.
• OCR solutions
– reading personnel and document files (.jpg, .pdf) and inserting extracted data directly into the system.
• End-to-end workflows for existing platforms
– showing complete process automation from start to finish.
• Automatic contract creation
– generating and filling contracts based on data input.
