Delta PLC Machining Automation
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a Delta PLC & HMI specialist who can take our machining line from manual control to fully automated operation. The equipment already has sensors, drives, and safety relays in place; what’s missing is the logic and a clean operator interface.
Scope
• Build ladder (or structured-text) logic in WPLSoft/ISPSoft for a Delta DVP series PLC that sequences the full machining cycle—part clamping, spindle start/stop, coolant, tool change, and finished-part eject.
• Design an intuitive DOPSoft HMI with run/stop controls, live status, recipe entry, alarm/acknowledge pages, and maintenance counters.
• Integrate existing proximity, pressure, and temperature sensors; map all tags clearly.
• Add interlocks and emergency logic that meet standard industrial safety practices.
• Simulate the program, walk me through remote FAT, and fine-tune until we get stable, repeatable cycles.
Deliverables
1. PLC source code (.dvp or .wpl) with clear comments.
2. HMI project file (.dop) and screen-shots.
3. I/O list, tag map, and a brief wiring diagram showing any new signals you define.
4. Test report outlining every function verified during simulation.
5. Up to two remote sessions for commissioning support.
