Delta DVP PLC Process Control

I have a Delta DVP-Series PLC on site and need a complete process-control program written and ready to load. The controller will be the heart of the system, managing valves, pumps and a few analog loops, so stability and clear documentation are essential.

Your task is to develop, test and hand over a fully functional ladder (or structured text, if you prefer) application that meets these goals:

• Control logic for the entire process, including safe start-up, normal run, alarm handling and orderly shutdown
• Parameterisation of all analog inputs/outputs and PID blocks where required
• Clear tag naming that follows the P&ID references I will supply
• Commented code and a concise commissioning guide so my technicians can maintain the program after hand-over

I will provide I/O lists, signal ranges and the sequence of operations the moment we begin. Please use Delta’s WPLSoft or ISPSoft—whichever best suits the DVP model you normally work with—and include the offline simulation results before we schedule onsite testing.
