Data Matching & Telegram Alert Script

I need a skilled automation expert to create a script. This should be capable of retrieving both text and numerical data from a particular website through its API. The script will then need to match this data to the content of tweets on Twitter.

Important note, the matching should be based on keyword matching, so experience in this area would be beneficial. After a successful match, the script should then send an alert to a specific Telegram channel.
