Daily Sales Command Center Setup
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Wants to automate its BDM daily performance tracking via a smart Google Workspace workflow that measures productivity and sales outcomes across teams in India and UAE.
The goal is to replace manual WhatsApp updates with an automated reporting system that:
Collects daily activity via Google Form
Calculates key sales KPIs automatically
Generates a Daily Leaderboard (ranked by Impact Score)
Emails and optionally posts a WhatsApp-ready summary at 8 PM (Dubai time)
This project should eliminate all noise and make sales performance transparent, data-driven, and motivating. The hired freelancer will:
Set up a Google Form with all FineAcers BDM performance fields.
Link the Form to a Google Sheet and configure:

Install and test the Apps Script (provided below) to:
Create these sheets automatically
Generate and email the leaderboard summary
Schedule the report to run automatically at 8 PM Dubai time daily
(Optional) Integrate with WhatsApp or Google Chat API via webhook for automatic posting.
