About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Cypress and TypeScript. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining automated test solutions to ensure application quality and stability. This is a short-term, demo-driven engagement requiring quick understanding of requirements and immediate contribution.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Cypress with TypeScript

Validate end-to-end application workflows and UI functionality

Identify, analyze, and report defects with clear documentation

Debug and resolve automation failures efficiently

Participate in demo-based discussions to understand testing scope and requirements

Ensure test coverage for critical application features

Must-Have Skills & Experience

Proven hands-on experience with Cypress automation

Strong proficiency in TypeScript

Experience in UI and end-to-end (E2E) testing

Solid understanding of test automation best practices

Ability to work independently with minimal guidance

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
