Custom Trello Automation & Reporting

I manage several Trello boards and I’m ready to streamline them.
The first goal is to build reliable due-date tracking that pings the right people at the right moment. Reminders must follow custom criteria rather than the usual “one day before” rule—think label changes, checklist completion, or any other trigger we agree on. Whether you use Trello Butler, the Trello API, Zapier, or another tool, I need the automation to run consistently across all my boards.

Beyond the reminders, I’d like to explore advanced reporting. I want clear, at-a-glance insights that show workload, overdue items, and throughput across multiple boards, exported if needed. During our collaboration we can also discuss how to surface priorities or even schedule recurring activities on cards so nothing slips.
