Custom Software Task Automation

I need to remove a repetitive chore from my day-to-day work inside a proprietary Windows application. Because the program is not Excel or File Explorer, there is no off-the-shelf macro tool I can lean on, so I’m looking for someone who can study the workflow, propose an elegant automation strategy, and deliver a working solution.

Once we’re in chat I will walk you through the exact clicks, fields and screens involved; for now, think of it as a short sequence of actions that must be triggered reliably whenever a certain condition is met. I’m open to the technology you feel is best—Python (pywinauto, pynput), AutoHotkey, C# with UIAutomation, or a lightweight in-app plugin if the codebase allows. What matters most is stability, ease of deployment on multiple PCs, and clean, well-commented code.
