Custom Google Sheets Habit Tracker

I’m looking for a skilled Google Sheets designer to create a custom habit tracker template specifically for nurses and people with rotating or inconsistent work schedules (day, night, and off shifts). I have the idea but not the experience in google sheets to bring it to life.

The goal is to design a professional, easy-to-use tracker that I can use personally and resell as a digital template.

The template should include:
-Shift-based structure: Track habits by shift type (Day / Night / Off) instead of traditional calendar days.
-Checkboxes for habits: Easy daily or shift-based habit tracking.
-Conditional formatting: Automatically color-code rows by shift type.
- Dashboard summary: Display % of habits completed and breakdowns by shift type.
-Notes or energy tracking section: For users to log mood, fatigue, or reflections.
-Mobile-friendly layout: Should look good on both desktop and phone.

Deliverables:
-A polished Google Sheets file ready to duplicate and share.
-Clean formulas, dropdowns, and formatting.
-Clear user instructions (how to copy, use, and reset the template).
-Full rights for me to use, modify, and resell the final template.

Ideal Freelancer:
