- Integrate Systems: Connect Coda with external AI services, export scripts, and automation tools like Zapier/Make to streamline end-to-end production.
- Content Packaging: Prepare SCORM, HTML5, and other LMS-ready exports for LearnWorlds, Teachable, or similar platforms.
- Technical Documentation: Document workflows, process changes, and troubleshooting steps for future scalability.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Expert Coda Proficiency: 3+ years building complex Coda tables, formulas, buttons, and automations.
- Automation Knowledge: Experience designing and maintaining multi-step workflow automations.
- Relational Data Management: Ability to model and manage parent-child data structures inside Coda.
- Web Content & LMS Experience: Familiarity with SCORM packaging, HTML5 content standards, and deployment to LMS platforms.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong debugging skills for workflow errors and formula issues.
- Attention to Detail: Commitment to delivering consistent, production-ready outputs.
