Configure Tor Web Scraping Tool

I’ve gathered a list of legitimate .onion sites that I need to monitor, but I don’t want to spend time wrestling with command-line flags every time I scrape them. I’m looking for someone who can remotely set up a reliable web-scraping environment on my Windows PC, wire it to route traffic exclusively through the Tor network, and leave me with a one-click launcher so I can run future scrapes on demand.
