Configure Fusion HCM Holiday Deductions

I’m fine-tuning Absence Management in Oracle Fusion HCM so that any time an employee books a long spell of leave, the system automatically strips out public-holiday days and any weekends that fall inside that span. Right now my environment is a blend of manual overrides and a few automated rules, which often leads to manual clean-up when Eid or other floating holidays appear on the calendar.
Here’s exactly what I need:
• A calendar event or rule that recognises all floating holidays maintained in our work calendar—including Eid—and treats them as non-deductible days.
• Automatic exclusion of Saturday and Sunday (our weekend) whenever those days sit inside the requested absence period.
• A solution that lives entirely within Absence Management, without forcing HR to perform extra manual steps.
