Responsibilities
Configure and customize project boards for task and workflow management.
Create activity reports and dashboards for team performance tracking.
Create and build Payment Voucher Request process based on approved workflow .
Create and build Purchase request process Based on Approved Workflow .
Create and build Sales Tender page to tracking the tender’s status .
Create and build Vehicle Management page to track the insurance validation of each one.
Set up sales data tracking and build intelligence reports for better decision-making.
Implement daily work logs and offline work logs (meetings, calls, field visits).
Configure deadline reminders, task notifications, and follow-up alerts.
Set up and automate custom emails (transactional & communication).
Provide guidance on best practices and ongoing optimization.
