Company-Wide Automation Architect

I’m systemizing our organization (Job Hunting U) and need an automation architect who can turn fragmented tasks into dependable, low–touch workflows. The immediate focus is on Marketing and Sales, with Marketing requiring hands-free social media posting and lead-generation loops that feed clean data straight into our sales stack.

We are also rolling HR automations into this phase, beginning with a streamlined employee-onboarding journey that triggers accounts, welcomes, and paperwork automatically.

You should be fluent in Make.com, n8n and Zapier; able to weave in other AI-copilots such as mindpal.space and Lindy AI where they add real value; and comfortable mapping processes end-to-end before building them. I’ll provide access to all relevant SaaS tools, Slack channels and databases—what I need from you is the expertise to blueprint, build, test and document each workflow so any team member can maintain it after hand-over.

Deliverables
• Process map and tech stack diagram for each workflow
• Implemented, fully tested automations (with error handling and logging)
• Plain-English documentation and short Loom walkthroughs
