Collaborative Notion Workspace Setup

Job ID: 40371557

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I’m ready to migrate my whole team’s of editors work into Notion and need a specialist to design a clean, intuitive workspace we can rely on. The space must revolve around task lists and project pipelines while still feeling friendly for quick team collaboration.

Notion Workspace Description: Video Production Workflow

This Notion workspace is designed to manage and track the progress of video production projects. It is set up to streamline the entire process, from initial video requests to final delivery.

Main Components:

Video Request Creation:
Team members or clients can create a new video request with detailed information (e.g., video type, priority, timeline).
Workflow Management:
The project is divided into key workflow stages:
Backlog: Videos that are requested but haven't yet begun production.
Requested: Videos that are officially requested and queued for the next steps.
In-Progress: Videos that are actively being worked on.
Review: Completed videos that are awaiting review and feedback.
Finalized/Delivered: Completed videos that are ready for final delivery or have been delivered.
Task Organization:
Each video is tracked with labels such as priority (e.g., "High") and status (e.g., "Planning," "In Progress").
This allows the team to have a clear understanding of what’s being worked on and what needs attention.
Video Details:
Each video entry includes its title, priority, progress status, due dates, and review notes, ensuring that everything is captured for easy access and organization. picture example bellow but without the reffer and testimony and all of that just a focus for editors

Key Features:

Project Manager visibility: Allows the project manager to oversee the workflow, assign tasks, and track progress.
Collaboration: Easy collaboration between team members, where tasks can be moved through the workflow, updated, and reviewed.

Acceptance will be based on:
1. Zero-error automation runs during testing.
2. Dashboards that update in real time as we edit underlying databases.
3. Clear documentation or a short Loom walkthrough showing my team how to use and adapt what you’ve built.

If you have previous examples of automated, data-driven Notion setups, share a quick link or Loom so I can see your style. Let’s make our collaboration hub both powerful and stress-free.
