No-Code App + SMS & Email Automation System for Accounting Firm

I am building a customer management and BAS notification platform for an Australian accounting firm using Base44 (no-code) with custom automation and integrations.

The system will:

Store ~4,000 client companies

Track BAS/GST reporting cycles

Automatically generate monthly “BAS Due” reports

Send bulk SMS and email notifications to ~3,000 clients per month via Twilio + email provider (SendGrid/Gmail)

Log delivery, failures, and retries

I need a technical implementation partner who can:

Work alongside a no-code platform (Base44)

Write custom backend logic where required (Node.js, Python, n8n, or serverless)

Integrate APIs (Twilio, SendGrid/Gmail)

Build scheduled automation jobs

Handle webhooks, queues, retries, and error handling

Ensure the system is reliable at scale

This is not a simple website — it is a business-critical automation platform handling thousands of messages per month for a live accounting firm.
