We operate an Australian field service business managing a large team of technicians across a high-volume daily job schedule. Jobs are currently scheduled using Teamup Calendar, with bulk scheduling performed via CSV/Excel load sheet uploads. Customer communications (emails and SMS) regarding bookings and rescheduling are currently handled manually.
we would like to build an automated communication system using n8n (self-hosted) that sends templated SMS messages and emails to customers when specific scheduling events occur, with an approval step before any message is sent. The system must integrate Teamup Calendar, 3CX phone/messaging system, and Microsoft Office 365.
