CSI Spec Generation Tool

I need a simple, user-friendly tool for generating project-specific specification documents in CSI format from a master Word document.
Requirements:
- Use Word for output
- Select systems/options via drop-down menus
- Customize content and section order
-Sample sheet with heighlited sections given as example
The requirements are straightforward. There will be a master specification sheet—a sample has been provided as a proof of concept (POC). I or any team member should be able to access this sheet and select predefined sections through dropdown menus. For example, in the system description, one should be able to choose between options like “two-tier topology” or “three-tier network topology.” Similarly, in the product section, a dropdown should allow selection of the required product from a wide range of predefined options suitable for different project scenarios. The attached sheet is just a sample; if the solution works effectively for this POC, we will apply it to the full master specification sheet.
