Title: Budget-Friendly CRM Specialist Needed for Multifamily Real Estate Investor
Description:
We’re looking for a skilled and cost-effective CRM specialist to set up and automate a CRM system with CashFlow Portal CRM for a multifamily real estate investor. The goal is to create a fully functional, streamlined system that meets our needs without exceeding our budget. If you’re experienced in CRM customization, automation, and integration, we’d love to hear from you!
Scope of Work:
CRM Setup and Customization:
Configure a CRM platform (Cashflow Portal CRM already in place) to suit the needs of a multifamily real estate investor.
Ensure all setups integrate with our cashflow portal for seamless data flow.
File Upload and Data Management:
Implement the ability to upload various list file types (e.g., CSV, Excel, TXT, XLS, etc.) for investor data.
Set up tools for mass text and email campaigns directly from the CRM.
Communication Automation:
Build workflows for automated and personalized communication with soft commit investors via text and email.
Create reusable email and text templates with our branding (logos, etc.) for quick and consistent use. These are in place, just need to have eden elevations 3 logo attached and modified for my exact use.
Pipeline Management:
Develop a system to track investor stages, from initial contact to commitment.
Automate reminders, follow-ups, and notifications to keep engagement on track.
Reporting and Analytics:
Set up basic dashboards to track campaign performance, investor engagement, and other key metrics.
Ensure the system provides actionable insights to help us make informed decisions.
Training and Documentation:
Provide a brief training session to ensure we can use the CRM effectively.
Deliver simple documentation outlining workflows, automation rules, and best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience in CRM setup, customization, and automation, preferably in real estate or investment industries.
Proficiency in integrating CRMs with other platforms (e.g., cashflow portals, email marketing tools).
Strong understanding of mass communication tools for email and text campaigns.
Ability to create user-friendly templates and workflows tailored to specific business needs.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Experience with affordable CRM platforms like Cashflow portal a huge plus.

A short training session and basic documentation.
Optional ongoing support for troubleshooting and minor adjustments (if within budget).
