Business Operations Automation Software

I’m looking for an experienced developer to turn a repetitive business-operations workflow into a fully automated software solution. This is a pure software-development job whose primary objective is to eliminate manual steps, reduce errors, and free up staff time.
We’ll start by mapping the current process together so you understand the exact touch-points, decision rules, and data hand-offs. From there, you’ll design and build an application that runs those steps end-to-end with minimal human input. Clean code, clear structure, and maintainability are important to me—I’d like to be able to extend the system later without a full rewrite.
Please be comfortable choosing an appropriate stack, integrating with common APIs or databases when sensible, and packaging the final product so it can be deployed on our in-house server or a cloud instance.
Deliverables
• Source code with concise in-line documentation
• Deployment instructions or Docker file
• Short user guide covering day-to-day operation and basic troubleshooting
Acceptance criteria
• All workflow steps execute automatically from start to finish
• Role-based access and basic logging are in place
• Successful test run with real sample data confirms parity with the manual process
