Build Yelp Autoresponder
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We need:
1. Yelp autoresponder that will respond with different predefined replies as quickly as possible based on the incoming new messages (requests). Autorespond text must be based on triggered words or numbers from client’s email form.
App should be integrated with our email (any mail that work faster, ex Gmail, Outlook etc)-> open new mail from Yelp -> trigger the respond according to email keywords (request details) -> push the button “Respond to the job” or “I’m interested” -> must be always logged in to Yelp business account for quick redirection to Yelp platform -> post the reply in a certain field within Yelp platform.
There are 2 categories of incoming emails 'Nearby jobs' and 'Inbox' messages, they should be responded in a timely manner:
- "Nearby jobs" do have expiration time, it is time sensitive. It works like a bid and expires after couple 5-10 seconds. Once you have opened such a request and answered (need to open it while it is still active) - this conversation chat is transferred to Inbox (My Requests) see pic3. If you opened “Nearby job” when it is not active inside Yelp (expired) - you don’t have an opportunity to post any replies.
- Inbox messages requests has no expiration, but the first response time is valuable.
1st respond (no reply from the client is needed) is according to a trigger word or number included into client’s request form. This form has standard fields and was filled by the client before he/she can make a request.
