Key Requirements:

- Convert the Google Form into an interactive AI chatbot using Jotform’s “Forms to Chatbots” add-on, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Generate a QR code that directs users to the chatbot, facilitating easy access and engagement.
- Set up an automated email system to deliver a coupon and quick AI-generated insights. This can be achieved through Jotform autoresponder or by integrating Google Sheets with Apps Script.
