Build a Bulk Google Index Checker Tool for Indonesian Search Results

I am looking for a programmer to develop a bulk Google index checker tool.

The tool should check whether a domain or URL is currently indexed by Google and display a clear result such as:

- Indexed
- Not Indexed
- Unable to Check
- CAPTCHA or Rate Limit Detected

Main Requirements:

1. The tool must support Indonesian Google search results.
2. The search language must be set to Indonesian.
3. The search location or country must be set to Indonesia.
4. It must be able to check at least 100 domains or URLs in one batch. Support for larger batches would be preferred.
5. Users should be able to paste a domain list or upload a TXT or CSV file.
6. The results should be exportable to CSV or Excel.
7. The tool should handle rate limits properly.
8. If Google displays a CAPTCHA, the tool should pause and allow manual verification or use a compliant API-based solution.
9. The tool must be able to run locally on a computer.
10. A server-based or web-based version would be preferred.
11. The interface and instructions should be available in Bahasa Indonesia.
12. The tool should include progress information and clear error messages.
