Project Description: AI Booking & Automation System (LoopSlotz)
I need a developer to build a fully automated booking and subscription system for my business LoopSlotz. This platform allows businesses (like barbers, cleaners, window tinting services, etc.) to subscribe to my service and get a smart booking system that manages appointments, confirmations, cancellations, and more.
You can use any platform or stack (n8n, Node.js, Firebase, Python, etc.) — I just need it to work smoothly, reliably, and automatically.
Core Features to Build
User Subscription System (via Stripe):
Setup 3 recurring monthly subscription plans:
$30/month – Booking automation only
$100/month – Booking automation + ad management
$250/month – Booking automation + ad management + social media posting
Users pay via Stripe (you must connect it securely)
Trigger automation upon successful signup (via webhook or logic)
Smart Booking System:
Provide a custom booking link to each business
Business shares this link with their clients
Their clients use it to:
Book appointments
Reschedule or cancel
Booking data includes:
Name, Service, Date/Time, Email, Phone, Notes
Calendar + Sheets Integration:
Every booking auto-adds to Google Calendar
Also stores to Google Sheets with full row of data:
Client Name, Date, Service, Email, Phone, Time of Appointment, Time Submitted, Notes
Email & SMS Notifications:
After a booking, send:
Confirmation to the business owner
Confirmation to their client
Also notify both parties if the appointment is changed or canceled
Use SendGrid, Mailgun, Twilio, or any reliable service
Facebook/Instagram Ads (for $100/$250 plans only):
Just need logic to record they purchased this plan
No ad work needed in this build — just store the plan type
Social Media Posting (for $250 plan only):
Again, no need to actually create or schedule posts in this project
Just include logic so this plan is recognized and marked
Important Notes:
I don’t care what platform or tools are used — just make sure it's automated, scalable, and user-friendly
You can use n8n, Integromat, Firebase, Supabase, custom backend — whatever gets the job done
I should be able to add new client businesses easily
The system should work in any country and currency
Should be able to expand later (like annual plans, teams, dashboard, etc.)
