Project Description:

Hello!

I’m looking for an experienced freelancer to build a CRM + automation system for clinics. Our system recovers lost clients, warms up new leads, and allows easy lead status management and KPI tracking.

Key Tasks:

CRM / Dashboard

Lead statuses: New / Hot / Closed / Lost

Track old messages → tag “Follow-up needed”

KPI metrics: % of returned clients, hot leads, revenue recovered

Import old WhatsApp messages (1–3 months back)

Filter business-related messages only, ignore personal chats

Detect lead status based on message content and date

Automated Follow-up

Time triggers: 2–14 days after last message

Personalized messages for each client

Track replies → lead becomes Hot or sends notification to the business owner

Animations / Mockup for BASE44

Visual flow of a returning client and a new client

Show how the system automatically brings back leads (for website / pitch purposes)

Freelancer Requirements:

Previous experience with CRM / No-code (Airtable, Bubble, Make/Integromat)

Experience with WhatsApp Business API / Twilio / WATI

Ability to set up triggers and automated follow-ups

Experience in UI/UX and BASE44 – a plus

Deliverables:

CRM + dashboard with all triggers implemented

Import of old messages and automated filtering

Fully working automated follow-up

Visual animations / mockup ready for the website

Notes:

We’ll start with a small pilot – 1–2 clinics, to verify lead recovery, then expand.

Must show measurable results: % of leads returned, hot leads, revenue recovered
