Automation for client management

I’ve been starting to use Zapier and Mailchimo but would prefer to work with a professional who
can make the automations for me.


The automations I need:

1.a) Automate Zoom Call Summaries:
Develop an automation solution to transfer the text of the ai Zoom call summaries received on gmail to a designated folder.
I use Trello as a management system at the moment, that’s where I’d like to collect those summaries.

1.b) Automate Check-in Responses (1.b):
Create an automated process to collect and store client weekly check-in responses in a central location.
Same place where the previous 1.a) automation would go.

~ Both 1.a) and 1.b) would need to create a new cart in the 1st column of the board. No need of categorising them based on clients.

2.a) Client Onboarding Automation:
Create a one-click solution to send welcome emails with the necessary information to newly closed clients.

2.b) Follow-up Automation:
Develop an automated follow-up system for clients who are still considering our services.
Send targeted emails with consultation call summaries and package offers.


I am open to recommendations regarding systems to use and the organizing of my workflow.
