Automation Workflow using make.com, OpenAI & RAG
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
I’d like a specialist who can turn several repetitive processes into smooth, end-to-end scenarios inside MAKE. Today I rely onmake.com itself, a handful of Excel workbooks, the OpenAI API, Cloudflare AutoRag for RAG retrieval, and the occasional PDF import. My goal is straight task automation:
• Customer support – pull a question (or PDF attachment), send the prompt plus context to Cloudflare AutoRag, craft the final answer with OpenAI, then post the reply back through our help-desk webhook.
• Data entry & updates – whenever new data lands in a sheet or a PDF is uploaded, extract the fields, clean them, and write them to the correct Excel rows while keeping an audit trail.
• Content generation – feed approved source material to OpenAI, return formatted copy, and drop it into a specified folder or sheet for review.

I need each workflow built, tested, and documented inside my existing MAKE account. Clear error handling (alerts when something fails) and easy-to-edit modules are essential so I can extend them later. A short README per scenario outlining variables, webhooks, and OpenAI model settings will be the acceptance criterion.
