QA Automation Testing for Marketplace Mobile App (Android & iOS)

Our Android & iOS marketplace app is live and growing fast; now I need a rock-solid automated test suite to keep releases safe and smooth. The feature set is broad—registration/login, product browsing, cart, order management, push notifications, profiles—but your first mission is crystal-clear: safeguard the entire checkout and payment integrations flow.

You’ll own the full setup: selecting the most effective mobile-friendly framework (Selenium, Appium, TestComplete or another you can justify), configuring device coverage, writing maintainable scripts, and wiring everything into our CI pipeline so tests run on every build. Clear, actionable reporting is essential; I want to see failures pinpointed down to the step.

Deliverables
• Automated test suite focused on checkout & payment (with room to extend to other flows)
• Environment/config files and documentation so any team member can run the suite locally or via CI
• Initial run report plus guidance on interpreting future results

Technical Requirements

Preferred experience with:
