Automation Specialist for CRM & Workflow
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Project Title: Business Process Automation – CRM & Workflow Integration
Project Description:
We are a mid-sized B2B services company looking to automate several core business processes that are currently handled manually. The goal is to reduce operational overhead, minimize human error, and improve data accuracy across departments.
Scope of Work:
We require an experienced automation developer to design and implement end-to-end workflow automation covering the following areas:
1. Lead Management & CRM Sync
Automatically capture leads from multiple sources (web forms, email, LinkedIn) and push them into our CRM (HubSpot) with proper tagging, assignment rules, and follow-up task creation.
2. Invoice & Payment Workflow
Automate invoice generation upon deal closure, send payment reminders at defined intervals, and update financial records in QuickBooks upon payment confirmation.
3. Internal Reporting
Schedule and distribute weekly performance reports (sales, support tickets, revenue) to relevant stakeholders via email and Slack, pulling live data from connected platforms.
4. Onboarding Workflow
Trigger a structured onboarding sequence when a new client is added to the CRM — including welcome emails, document requests, task assignments to the account team, and calendar scheduling.
Technical Requirements:
Tools/Platforms: Zapier, Make (Integromat), or custom API integrations
CRM: HubSpot
Accounting: QuickBooks Online
Communication: Slack, Gmail
All workflows must include error handling and failure alert notifications
Deliverables:
Fully configured and tested automation workflows
Documentation for each workflow (trigger, logic, actions)
2 weeks of post-launch support for bug fixes and adjustments
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience with business process automation
Portfolio of similar CRM or ERP integration projects
Strong understanding of REST APIs and webhook-based architecture
Excellent communication and ability to work independently
Budget: Fixed Price
Timeline: 3–4 weeks from project kickoff
