Automation Solidworks drawing file [NEED SOLIDWORKS 2017 EXPERIENCE]

I am finding a dev who can do some updates on the current project.
It is just automation projecct.
Python app reads the xlsx file and make PDF based on its template sldprt file.
I need to fix these
#Width and height tolerances
The width and height tolerances of the part need to have 3 decimal places.
#Application of tolerances
As previously agreed:
When width = height, both should receive a tolerance of h9.
When width ≠ height, the width should receive a tolerance of h9 and the height h11.
In the last update, both measurements had a tolerance of h9, even though they are different, which is incorrect.
Positioning of tolerances
For width, the criterion is correct:
Top line: 0
Bottom line: negative tolerance
For height, this criterion has been reversed. Please use the same standard adopted for width.
#Update of the title block
We need to update the drawing title block so that some information appears on it. If necessary, I can tell you exactly what information should be included.
Adjustment of the sheet scale
We also need to adjust the sheet scale. We can define this together, based on the length of the part and establishing which scale will be used in each situation. The only exception might be the perspective view, which can remain only as a visual scale.
#Replication for other keyway models
