Responsibilities:

Build and optimize automation workflows

Connect e-commerce stores, CRMs, payment systems, and databases

Automate marketing campaigns, customer service, and internal operations

Document workflows with clear diagrams

Handle errors and monitor system performance

Requirements:

Proven experience with automation tools (Make / Zapier / n8n)

Strong knowledge of APIs, Webhooks, and JSON

Reliable communication and professionalism

Availability for project-based work


Bonus:

Experience with AI-based automation (ChatGPT API, WhatsApp bots, agent workflows)

Experience with Airtable, Notion, or Google Sheets automation

Basic scripting (JavaScript / Python)
