Automation Instrumentation Specialist Needed
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m kicking off an automation-focused instrumentation project and I’d like to bring in a specialist who can take ownership of the entire instrumentation stream—from selecting the right sensors and transmitters through to configuring, testing, and documenting the system.
Scope of work
• Translate my functional goals for the automation system into a detailed instrumentation specification.
• Recommend and size field instruments (flow, level, pressure, temperature, etc.) that align with industry standards and site constraints.
• Prepare wiring diagrams, loop sheets, and I/O lists ready for integration with the control system (PLC/SCADA).
• Support calibration and commissioning remotely (or on-site if practical), ensuring each loop performs to spec.
What I’ll provide
• Process descriptions, P&IDs, and any existing control philosophy.
• Access to our engineering team for quick clarifications.
Acceptance criteria
• All instruments identified, tagged, and cross-referenced against the latest P&ID revision.
• Complete documentation pack delivered in editable format (PDF + native CAD/Excel).
• On-line demonstration that each configured loop responds correctly in the automation test environment.
