Automation and Google sheet expert

I have 2 google sheets from which 1 google sheet has around 5 lakh rows already. As my office staff is checking or scanning through that sheet there is lot of hanging/freezing .. As the data is increasing day by day I am looking for some other alternate solution so that the office productivity is much faster and saves time because the google sheet is hanging a lot.

Please help me if you have a solution for the same.
