Automation Expert for Workflow Design & Implementation

We’re looking for a hands-on Automation Expert who can design, build, and maintain automation workflows for our clients. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting tools, eliminating repetitive work, and making businesses run smoothly using AI and automation platforms.

Key Duties

Workflow Design & Implementation

Build automation workflows using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, or similar platforms.

Integrate CRMs, scheduling apps, invoicing tools, and communication platforms.

Implement AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, MidJourney) to streamline client operations.

Client Onboarding & Delivery

Translate client needs into automation requirements.

Set up and test workflows, ensuring reliability and scalability.

Document workflows for clients and internal use.

Optimization & Troubleshooting

Monitor automations, fix errors, and continuously improve performance.

Recommend new tools and strategies to improve client outcomes.

Maintain security and compliance in all automations.

Collaboration

Work with Solutions Consultant to scope projects and ensure deliverables meet expectations.

Support Client Success team with technical insights and workflow training.
