Automation Expert for SMS Invoices
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I'm in need of an expert to create an automation system on make.com that sends SMS notifications to my clients regarding their invoices. The system should follow a clear flow:
- Inbound API: The automation should receive information from an inbound API.
- Shortening the URL: The URL included in the SMS should be shortened through Short.io.
- SMS Provider: The final step of the automation is sending the SMS with the relevant data to the clients. For this, the system should send the information to Clicksend.
The accounts are setup and I have a solid starting base.
The only issue I am facing is:
1. when the API sends data to make.com a new link is generated each time. I need a process involved that checks if the invoice link is in a database, if yes, don't generate a new link and send the SMS to the client. If no, generate a short link, store in a database, send SMS to client.
