Automation Expert Needed (Make / Zapier) – Form Submission Workflow

We are looking for an experienced automation specialist to build a workflow that can:

 Take a list of website URLs
 Visit each site
 Locate and complete contact forms automatically
 Submit a predefined message
 Log submissions and outcomes
 Collect emails and mobile numbers

Scope of Work
You will:
 Recommend the best approach (Make, Zapier, or alternative)
 Build a working automation system
 Handle different form structures (basic variations)
 Include basic error handling (e.g. failed submissions)
 Provide a simple handover so our team can run it ongoing

Important Notes
 This is a setup project only (we will manage it after)
 The system must be scalable
 Experience with browser automation tools is a plus
 We expect someone who has done this before — not experimenting

Time Expectation
This is expected to be a few hours work (approx. 3–6 hours max)
