Job Description:

I’m looking for an automation specialist (preferably experienced with n8n, OpenAI, and video generation APIs) to set up a system that automatically:
1. Pulls data from a centralized “life updates” database (e.g., Airtable or Notion)
2. Uses that data to generate short-form video scripts using AI
3. Creates voiceovers using AI voice tools (e.g., ElevenLabs, PlayHT, or similar)
4. Generates full vertical videos (preferably using Creatomate, Pictory, or a similar video API)
5. Uploads videos to YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and/or Instagram Reels automatically

The system should be modular, scalable, and allow for daily or on-demand video generation based on evolving context pulled from the “life updates” source.

Required Skills:
• n8n (or similar low-code/no-code automation tools)
• OpenAI / GPT API
• Video generation APIs (Creatomate, Pictory, HeyGen, or alternatives)
• Voice generation APIs (e.g., ElevenLabs, PlayHT)
• Basic familiarity with YouTube & TikTok upload APIs or 3rd-party solutions like Upload-Post
• Webhooks, Airtable/Notion API integration, scheduling logic

• Fully functioning automation workflow in n8n
• Setup and connection of all necessary APIs (voice, video, AI, uploads)
• Testing and troubleshooting to ensure the system runs autonomously
• Clear documentation of the setup and how to update/change inputs
