We are looking for an experienced automation specialist to build a complete lead generation and follow-up workflow for our business.
Currently, we receive leads from multiple sources (Facebook Ads, website forms, Google Forms, LinkedIn, etc.), but the process is mostly manual. We often miss leads, follow up too late, and waste time copying data between tools.
We need someone who can create an automated system that captures leads, organizes them, sends notifications, follows up automatically, and keeps everything updated in one place.
This is one of the most important parts of our business, so we are looking for someone who has already built similar systems and understands how to make the workflow reliable and scalable.
What We Need:

Save the lead into our CRM, Airtable, or Google Sheets
Assign tags based on the lead source
Notify our sales team in Slack or email
Use ChatGPT / OpenAI to:
Summarize the lead
Identify what service they may need
Write a personalized first follow-up message
Automatically send:
Welcome email
Follow-up email sequence
Optional SMS through Twilio
Create a task in ClickUp, Trello, or HubSpot
If no response after a few days, send reminder automatically
Keep all data synced between our tools
