Automation Engineering for Tech Support System

I need a Make.com + Twilio + Slack automation engineer to take over and improve an existing system for AGeekOnDemand.com (multi-city tech support company).

We already have working automations:
• Incoming SMS → Twilio → Make → auto-created Slack channels
• Outbound Slack replies → Twilio SMS
• Google Sheets CRM integration
• Automated follow-ups (3 days, 7 days, 2 weeks)
• Holiday messaging flows
• Partial Slack commands and AI messaging
• Inbound Twilio call routing

I need someone who can:
• Maintain, clean up, and document all Make scenarios
• Build new features (auto-rename Slack channels, client cards, complete /sms command, MMS support)
• Improve holiday and follow-up logic (remove Columbus Day, add Black Friday, template-based messages)
• Streamline Twilio Voice routing and document it clearly
• Produce clear, well-structured documentation so any developer can take over

Strong English speaking and writing skills are required.
You’ll be communicating directly with me, documenting flows, and writing message templates. If you can’t document cleanly or communicate clearly, this project won’t be a fit.

You must have real experience with:
• Make.com (Integromat)
• Twilio SMS + Voice
• Slack bots / channel automation
• Google Sheets lookups
• JSON + API familiarity
• Structured and reliable communication

This will be ongoing work if you’re fast, thorough, and deliver clean builds.
