Automated video-making tool

I need a tool that will automatically make videos for me from a selection of files. I want to point it to folders with music and visuals and everything else is done by the tool.
1st I'll have a folder with music - it needs to randomly select music from that folder and add crossfade transitions to it.
2nd It randomly selects a picture or video from a folder. Then it makes a text, with filenames of the music and puts it on top of the picture/video.
