Automated AI Workshop Sales Funnel Setup

About the Project

I am looking for an experienced automation freelancer to build an end-to-end registration and sales funnel for my 2-day live AI workshop (2 hours each day) for Rs.88 registration fee.

The purpose of the workshop is to convert attendees into my premium ₹40,000 AI Program.

Phase 2 – Microsoft Teams Integration

Automatically:

Create/send Teams meeting invitation
Include meeting link in email
Add calendar invitation
Send joining instructions
Phase 3 – Email Automation

Create automated email workflows:

Registration confirmation
Welcome email
24-hour reminder
1-hour reminder
Day 1 thank you email
Day 2 reminder
Workshop completion email
Program offer email
Follow-up emails (5–7 email sequence)
Phase 4 – WhatsApp Automation

Automatically send:

Install and configure EspoCRM.
