Automated Windows PDF Batch Merger

Job ID: 39720458

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I have two folders on my Windows machine: one holds roughly 100 PDFs, the other contains between one and four PDFs. I need an automated method that takes every file in the large folder and merges it with whichever single file I specify from the smaller folder—no manual clicks after I hit “go.”

I’m flexible on the tool itself (Adobe, Python, or anything else that’s free or already licensed on Windows). What matters is that the process runs in bulk and can be repeated easily if the folders change later.

Here’s what I want from you:
• Build or configure the solution so I can drop files into the two folders and run the merge in one step.
• Walk me through the setup in a live screen-sharing session, showing me exactly how to run it and how to adjust it when the source PDFs change.
• Leave me with the final script/executable or clear step-by-step notes so I can reproduce the process on my own.

If the approach is a Python script, make sure all required libraries are installed and included; if it’s a GUI tool, show me how to save a preset or action so future runs stay one-click simple.

I’m ready to schedule the live session as soon as the solution is prepared.
