Automated Skid Stocking System Development

I'm looking for an expert to design and implement an automated system for stocking skids/trolleys on racks.
Key Requirements:
- The system should efficiently stock skids/trolleys.
- It must according to the 1st proposal given in the presentation attached.
- Must be scalable and adaptable to future needs.
I have attached the presentation please focus on the 1st proposal and also a general simulation video is attached to just give an idea of how we want it to look like. Also a picture of “skid” is attached.
