Automated Roulette Strategy Simulator
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I am looking for a developer to build a bot/program that can automatically follow a roulette game and apply predefined betting rules.
The bot should:
Track roulette outcomes (either from a simulated sequence or from a live feed/screen capture).
Apply my custom rules (for example: if the same color appears 3 times in a row, place a bet on the opposite color).
Place automatic virtual bets according to the rules.
Show statistics: balance, win/loss history, streaks, etc.
Allow me to adjust parameters (rules, bet size, bankroll, etc.).
This is for testing and educational purposes only.
It does not need to interact with any real money system.
Preferred technologies: Python, C#, or JavaScript.

Basic interface (CLI or simple GUI)
