Automated Property Data Scraper google sheets Miami dade county

Description:
I need a freelancer to help automate the process of scraping property data from the Miami-Dade Property Search website using Puppeteer (Node.js). The automation should grab addresses from a Google Sheet, input them into the website's search form, click the search button, and collect data (such as property details) based on the search results.

Key Requirements:
-Google Sheets Integration:
-The script should grab addresses from a specific column in Google Sheets.
-The freelancer will create a Google Sheets button that triggers the process.

Web Scraping:
-The script will use Puppeteer (Node.js) to open the Miami-Dade Property Search website.

For each address:
-Type the address into the search input field.
-Click the search button.
-Wait for the results to load.

Automation Flow:
-The script should loop through each address in the Google Sheet, input it into the search field, click search, and log the process.
-Data such as property details should be collected once the search results are shown (we can discuss which exact details need to be collected).
-Ensure that the automation is headless (so it runs in the background without showing the browser) but provide an option to run in non-headless mode if needed for testing.

Output:
-After performing the search, the script should either log the results or update the Google Sheet with the information gathered from the website.
-The output can include relevant property information like estimated rental value, property value (EMV), address, and property type.

User Interface:
-A Google Sheets button should trigger the scraping process.
-The button will allow you to start the scraping of addresses automatically.

Deliverables:
-Puppeteer script that automates the process of inputting addresses into the Miami-Dade Property Search website and scraping property information.
-Google Apps Script to handle the trigger (button) in Google Sheets that initiates the scraping process.
-Documentation on how to run the scripts and any setup required (including installation of Puppeteer).
-Provide an example CSV or Google Sheets format with the output data to verify that it's working as expected.

Skills Needed:
-Experience with Puppeteer for browser automation.
-Familiarity with Node.js for scripting.
-Google Sheets API and Google Apps Script knowledge for integration.
-Basic HTML/CSS knowledge to locate elements in the web page (input fields, buttons).

NOTE: YOU do not need to be able to scrape Truepeoplesearch I already have a python code which does it you just need to add a button which interacts with the api so that it can start the python code up
