Automated Jotform to Canva Guest Pass Emailer

Job Description

I’m looking for an experienced no-code automation specialist to build a workflow that automatically generates and sends guest passes.

The system should connect Jotform, Canva, and Zapier (or similar tools).

What I need built
When someone submits a Jotform:
Their information is automatically pulled
A guest pass is generated in Canva using a template
The guest pass is exported (PDF or image)
The guest pass is automatically emailed to the user
Emails are scheduled to send every Monday at a set time (not instantly)

Required Fields (example)
Full Name
Email Address
Event Date
Any additional custom fields (TBD)

Email Requirements
Clean, professional email
Guest pass attached
Optional: ability to customize subject/message

Bonus (nice to have)
QR code integration on guest pass
Google Drive storage of generated passes
Ability to tag or categorize guests (VIP, General, etc.)
Error handling (if something fails, notify me)

Requirements
Experience with Zapier or Make
Experience integrating Jotform
Familiarity with Canva templates + dynamic data
Strong communication and ability to explain setup
