I am an interior designer from Malaysia, looking to build a simple automated order system using no-code tools (Zapier / Make + Webflow / Bubble).

Customer Submission
Upload room photos (with guide video provided)
Select preferred design style & submit requirements
Automation
Auto-create a new Google Drive folder with unique order ID
Save uploaded photos + requirements into the folder
Notify designer (via Email/WhatsApp) with folder link and details
Design Delivery & Payment
Designer delivers draft design within 24 hours
Customer pays RM99 (Stripe/ToyyibPay/iPay88) to unlock the final design
Revisions available at RM10 per request
Upsell Option
Show upgrade path to full-home design or renovation package
2. Requirements
Experience with Zapier / Make / n8n automation
Skilled in Webflow / Bubble / Typeform / Jotform (for frontend submission form)
Familiar with Google Drive API integration
Able to set up Stripe / ToyyibPay / iPay88 payment integration
Deliver within 7–14 days

Fully functional submission page for customers

Payment system to unlock design
Revision option & upsell flow
