Automated Injury Tracker Sheet
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I need a Google Sheet that streamlines our injury-management workflow from first report through final resolution. The sheet will store injury records, automatically sort them by status—Reported, Under Review, then Resolved—and calculate the number of calendar days each case spends in every stage. Plus organise in status order
Be able to have list of performer and roles which can be changes for each show
I have a basic version of the spreadsheet if needed
Key features I’m after
• Status logic: Every record starts as Reported, progresses to Under Review, and finally to Resolved. I need a running total of days spent in each stage so we can spot bottlenecks.
• Review-date trigger: When a record’s review date hits today, the row should automatically move to a dedicated “Action Required” section (or similar) and update its status accordingly.
• Automatic ordering: Within each status section, rows must stay chronologically ordered so the most urgent items are easy to spot.
• Minimal manual touch: The fewer manual moves and formula edits required, the better. Feel free to use Google Apps Script if that’s the cleanest way to run the triggers.
• Clear formulas & comments: I’ll maintain the file after hand-off, so annotate any custom functions, array formulas, or scripts you add.
Deliverables
1. A fully functional Google Sheet template with the above automation live and tested.
2. Any supporting Apps Script code, clearly commented and attached to the sheet.
3. A brief handover note (or quick Loom video) showing how to add new records and adjust status lists in the future.
If you’ve built workflow-driven Google Sheets before—especially those using review dates and status tracking—let me know. I’m ready to start as soon as the structure is clear.
