Automated Caregiver Checklist System

I’m looking for a straightforward way to keep everyone in our care team―both family members and professional caregivers―on the same page each day and week. Everything must live in Google Workspace so it can be opened from any phone or computer without extra log-ins.

Core workflow
• A daily checklist that clears itself at midnight and recreates the new day’s sheet automatically.
• A weekly checklist that resets every seven days.
• Each task can be assigned to one or more people, and if it hasn’t been ticked off by a set time, the system emails (or otherwise notifies) those people with an automatic reminder.
• All check-offs are time-stamped and stored online so I can filter, graph, or export the history later.

Data & reporting
Completion data needs to sit in a single Google Sheet (or an equivalent hosted database you connect) so I can review caregiver performance, spot missed duties, and run simple analytics without extra paid tools.

Deliverables
1. A working Google Sheet / Doc template with both lists pre-filled.
2. Google Apps Script (or comparable cloud code) that refreshes the lists and sends automated reminders.
3. Clear setup notes so I can add or remove caregivers, change reminder times, and download the activity log.

Acceptance criteria
• Daily list refreshes automatically without manual intervention.
• Reminder messages fire only when a task is still unchecked by the deadline.
• All completion data is saved and visible for later analysis.
• Solution is fully shareable through Google Workspace.
